Shipping policy

Carriage is FREE on stock orders over £350 excluding VAT when delivered in England, Wales or Scotland excluding the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands; for orders under this threshold a carriage fee will apply. 

Customers outside these regions are advised that carriage is charged per box (not per order). Once the order is packed, if there is still space in the box we will contact you to ask if you wish to add further items and following your reply if applicable a payment request for any additional stock and carriage cost will be made. If you prefer us to ship to a freight forwarder, please provide their full contact details and delivery address in the appropriate field at checkout, alternatively if the order is to be collected leave their contact information in ‘special instructions’ at checkout.

We ship to 65 countries and offer bespoke freight quotations. Prices vary subject to your preferred transport mode (road, air or sea) and by the size of an order and time of year. 

For all deliveries please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order. If the courier service has tried to deliver the goods on different occasions but has found no-one in to take receipt, the goods may be returned to us by the courier for which we will be unable to re-ship out without re-applying a postage cost. 

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have entered the correct delivery address. If the wrong address is supplied and a delivery is made by us then we will not be able to refund or re-deliver the goods and the purchaser must then make their own arrangements to collect the goods delivered to the address supplied.

We do not deliver to BFPO addresses.
